We didn’t start by trying to build AI.
We were pushed into it by what we saw on the front lines.
In the beginning, we worked closely with local projects—small shops, community teams, and micro-businesses. And we kept seeing the same pattern: they were hardworking and resourceful, but one thing kept draining them—everything lived inside chat. Customer questions, quotes, follow-ups, internal handovers… all of it relied on “someone remembering.”
When the business is small, you can survive like that. When it grows, it breaks: messages get buried, promises are forgotten, customers lose patience, and handovers turn into guesswork. It’s not that people aren’t trying—it’s that there’s no system to turn conversations into workflows.
So we built MantaGO.
Not to create another flashy tool, but to solve a very real, everyday problem: making conversations more than just conversations—turning them into trackable, shareable, repeatable workflows.
Now we’re taking it one step further: building AI that doesn’t just “talk,” but is grounded in real business data—able to retrieve knowledge, guide teams through processes, and help get work done.
Because what we’re really building is AI that small businesses can actually afford, understand, and benefit from.

我們是被一線現場逼出來的。
最早我們在地方跑案子，跟很多小店、在地團隊、微型企業一起工作。你會發現他們很拚、很聰明，但每天都被同一件事拖垮：所有事情都塞在聊天裡——客人問問題、報價、追單、回覆、交接，全部靠「某一個人記得」。
生意小的時候撐得住，生意一大就開始失控：訊息找不到、承諾忘記了、客戶等到不耐煩、同事交接靠猜。大家不是不努力，是沒有一套把對話變成流程的方法。
所以我們做了 MantaGO。
不是為了做一個更炫的工具，而是想解決一個很土、很痛、每天都在發生的問題：讓對話不再只是對話，而是能變成可追蹤、可交接、可複製的工作流。
現在我們把這件事推到下一步：讓 AI 不只是會講話，而是能讀懂你的真實商業資料、帶你走流程、把事情做完。
我們想做的，是讓小公司也能用得起、用得懂、用得出成果的 AI。
